Welcome to Otter Rock Timeshare Association (ORTSA), where you can purchase your very own timeshare on the beautiful Oregon coast. Most units have an excellent ocean view, great for whale watching. There’s a private beach with access to Devil’s Punchbowl. Explore the environmentally-protected tide pools, or enjoy time in the heated pool, hot tub or saunas. Walk along hiking trails to enjoy the outdoor vistas.

As an ORTSA owner you will have a 1/24th deeded ownership in one of our 14 condominiums.  This ownership is unique, it is two 1-week stays each year six months apart.  The weeks rotate every year so that you will see the coast in all seasons during your ownership. Units

ORTSA owns 6 one-bedroom, ground floor, single level condominiums and 8 two-bedroom, upstairs entrance, loft condominiums.

A one-bedroom unit is approximately 800+/- square feet.  There is a “hotel room” side with two queen beds, cable television, sliding glass door with access to a balcony, full bath, and a hotel style kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge.  There is a connecting door to the living area that houses the living room, dining area, full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.  The living area has a sofa and two chairs, gas fireplace, cable television, and a sliding glass door with access to a balcony.

A two-bedroom unit is approximately 1240+/- square feet.  There is a “hotel room” side with two queen beds, cable television, sliding glass door with access to a balcony, full bath, and a hotel style kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge.  There is a connecting door to the living area that houses the living room, dining area, full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.  The living area has a sofa and two chairs, gas fireplace, cable television, and a sliding glass door with access to a balcony.  Over the living area is a loft that serves as the 2^nd bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom.

Trading

Timeshare members can trade weeks with other members for times that better fit their schedule and preferences. ORTSA members can also join RCI and trade their weeks with RCI to travel elsewhere and gain even more value with their ORTSA ownership.
